 ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਦੇ ਹਾਵੇਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਲ ਦਹਿਲਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਵ ਜੇ.ਹਾ.ਦ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਉਠਾਇਆ ਹੈ।

 ਮਸੂਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀ 23 ਸਾਲਾ ਸਵਾਤੀ ਰਮੇਸ਼ ਬਿਆਦਗੀ ਦਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮੁ.ਸਲਿਮ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਨਿਆਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕ.ਤ. ਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਸਾਰੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਰੌਂਗਟੇ ਖੜੇ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਸਵਾਤੀ ਦਾ ਨਿਆਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਅਫੇਅਰ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਵਾਤੀ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰੀ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਰੱਖ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਗੁੱਸੇ ‘ਚ ਆ ਕੇ ਨਿਆਜ਼ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਵਿਨੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਰਗਾਚਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਸਵਾਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਰ ‘ਚ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਣੇਬੇਨੂਰ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ। ਉੱਥੇ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਵਾਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਧਮ/ਕੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨਿਆਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਲਵੇ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜਦੋਂ ਸਵਾਤੀ ਨੇ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਗ.ਲਾ ਘੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਕ/ਤ/ਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਲਾ.ਸ਼ ਤੁੰਗਭਦਰਾ ਨਦੀ ‘ਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਸਵਾਤੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਸ਼ਸ਼ੀਕਲਾ ਨੇ ਗੁੰਮਸ਼ੁਦਗੀ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਤੁੰਗਭਦਰਾ ਨਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲੀ ਇੱਕ ਅਣਪਛਾਤੀ ਲਾ/ਸ਼ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਸਵਾਤੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਨਿਆਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਵਿਨੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਰਗਾਚਾਰੀ ਫਰਾਰ ਹਨ।

ਸਵਾਤੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਸ਼ਸ਼ੀਕਲਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨਿਆਜ਼ ਬਾਰੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ ਸਵਾਤੀ ਦਾ ਦੋਸਤ ਹੈ। ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਵੇਰੀ ਦੇ ਐਸਪੀ ਅੰਸ਼ੂਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

 ਸਵਾਤੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦੀ ਸੀ। ਕ/ਤ/ਲ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਵਾਤੀ ਨੇ ਰਾਨੀਬੇਨੂਰ ਨੇੜੇ ਹਤਰਾ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਕੁਝ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਅਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਵਾਤੀ ਦੀ ਹੱ/ਤਿ/ਆ ਕ.ਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਲਾ/ਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਗੱਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਦ ਕੇ ਤੁੰਗਭਦਰਾ ਨਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਅਸੀਂ ਨਿਆਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਬਾਕੀ ਦੋ ਫਰਾਰ ਹਨ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

A tragic and disturbing case has emerged from Haveri, Karnataka, reigniting concerns about love ji/had in the region. Swati Ramesh Byadgi, a 23-year-old from Masoor village, was br.utally mur/der.ed by her Muslim lover, Niaz, and his two accomplices, Vinay and Durgachari. The details of the incident are deeply unsettling.

Swati’s mother, Sasikala, had no detailed knowledge of Niaz, believing him to be just a friend of her daughter. She had filed a missing person report after Swati disappeared. Later, an unidentified b/o.dy recovered from the Tungabhadra river was confirmed by the police to be Swati’s.

According to Haveri SP Anshukumar, who is leading the investigation, Swati was acquainted with all three accused. The police revealed that Swati had been in a relationship with Niaz, but recently, she had begun distancing herself from him. Infuriated by this, Niaz, along with Vinay and Durgachari, lured Swati into a car and took her to Ranebennur. There, they pressured her to continue meeting Niaz.

When Swati resisted their th.reats, the trio strangled her to d/ea/th. They then loaded her b/od/y into a vehicle and dumped it into the Tungabhadra river. The police have arrested Niaz, while Vinay and Durgachari remain at large, though authorities are confident they will be apprehended soon.

SP Anshukumar further stated that prior to her m/urd.er, Swati had a conversation with someone near Ranebennur, where a disagreement arose over certain issues. This altercation ultimately led to her ho.rrific ki/ll.ing. The police are actively pursuing the two absconding suspects to bring them to justice.
