ਹੁਣ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪਾਉਣੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ ਵਰਦੀ! ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ

 ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੇ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਡਰੈਸ ਕੋਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਉਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ 'ਤੇ ਕਾਫੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਚਰਚਾ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਡਰੈੱਸ ਕੋਡ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਆਖਿਰਕਾਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਨਵਾਂ ਡਰੈਸ ਕੋਡ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। 

ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਕੰਵਰ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਡਰੈੱਸ ਕੋਡ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਾਰੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਤਰ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਸੀ। ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਪੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਹਮੀਰਪੁਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ 'ਚ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਡਰੈੱਸ ਕੋਡ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ | ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇੱਥੇ ਫਾਰਮਲ ਪਹਿਰਾਵਾ ਯਾਨੀ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਪੈਂਟ-ਸ਼ਰਟ ਅਤੇ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਾੜੀ ਜਾਂ ਸਧਾਰਨ ਸੂਟ-ਸਲਵਾਰ ਡਰੈੱਸ ਕੋਡ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਾਕਰੀ ਸੂਕਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਡਰੈਸ ਕੋਡ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੁਣ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚਲੀ ਸੁੱਖੂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਨੇ 6 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬੈਠਕ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਡਰੈਸ ਕੋਡ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। 

The government has decided to implement a dress code for all teachers in government schools, a matter that has been under discussion for some time. This decision has now been finalized, and a new dress code is being enforced across the state. 

Himachal Pradesh Education Secretary, Rakesh Kanwar, sent a letter to the Deputy Education Directors of all districts, instructing them to implement the dress code for teachers in government schools. Following this directive, the Hamirpur district has issued its own dress code guidelines. Male teachers are expected to wear formal attire, such as pants and shirts, while female teachers should wear sarees or simple suits with salwars.

It’s worth noting that several other states in India already have a dress code for government school teachers. With this in mind, the Sukhu government in Himachal Pradesh has also introduced this policy. The Education Secretary had a meeting with deputy directors on February 6, which led to the issuance of the dress code order.
