 ਥਾਣਾ ਦਾਖਾ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਇਕ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਦੋਸਤ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਨਾਲ ਦਗਾ ਕਮਾ ਕੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਨਾਬਾਲਗ ਭੈਣ ਨੂੰ 9 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਗਰਭਵਤੀ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

 ਪੀੜਤ ਨਾਬਾਲਗ ਨੇ ਦਾਖਾ ਪੁਲਸ ਕੋਲ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਦੀ ਗੁਹਾਰ ਲਗਾਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਭਰਾ ਦੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਦਾ ਉਸਦੇ ਘਰ ਆਉਣਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਦਿਨ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਘਰ ਬੁਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਭੈਣ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਹੈ। 

ਉਕਤ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਗਈ ਤਾਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਘਰ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਜ਼ਬਰਦਸਤੀ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਬਣਾਏ। ਮੈਂ ਡਰਦੀ ਮਾਰੀ ਚੁੱਪ ਰਹੀ। ਫਿਰ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਜ਼ਬਰਨ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਇਕ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ 9 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਗਰਭਵਤੀ ਹਾਂ। ਥਾਣਾ ਦਾਖਾ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਸ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

Then he forcibly had sexual intercourse with me for the past one year and I am 9 months pregnant. The police of Dakha police station have arrested the accused. According to the police, the matter is being investigated seriously.
