ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਬਨਣ ਜਾ ਰਿਹੈ ਇਹ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਿਯਮ, ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ''ਚ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੈ ਐਲਾਨ

 ਮਾਲ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਬਦਲੀਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਮੋਡ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਚੱਲਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਿਯਮ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

 ਦਰਅਸਲ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਏ ਦਿਨ ਹੜਤਾਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪਟਵਾਰੀਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤੀ ਵਰਤਣ ਦੇ ਰੋਹ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਪਟਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਹੁਣ ਡੈਪੂਟੇਸ਼ਨ "ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਕਾਡਰ ਦੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ 'ਤੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਬਕਾਇਦਾ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਨਿਯਮ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ 'ਤੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਆਸਾਰ ਹਨ। ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਾਰੀਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਐਲਾਨ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

ਇਥੇ ਇਹ ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਖ਼ਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਇਸੇ ਕੜੀ ਵਿਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਕ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਕ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਰੈਵੇਨਿਊ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫਟਕਾਰ ਲਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਅਫਸਰ ਹੜਤਾਲ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਤੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਵੀ। ਹੁਣ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪਟਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਹੋਰ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਡੈਪੂਟੇਸ਼ਨ 'ਤੇ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਅਜਿਹਾ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਪਟਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਦੂਜੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਟੋਲਰੈਂਸ ਨੀਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪਟਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਿਰਭਰਤਾ ਵੀ ਘੱਟ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ਕਿ ਰੈਵੇਨਿਊ ਵਰਗੇ ਕੰਮ ਹੋਰ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।

Recently, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann criticized revenue officers, warning that if they went on strike, their duties would be handed over to others. The government followed through on this by assigning the work to different staff. This approach not only aims to ensure that the vital revenue-related work continues uninterrupted but also serves as a clear message that other employees can effectively handle these tasks.
