ਪੰਜਾਬ 'ਚ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਨਾਕ ਹਰਕਤ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਗਲਾ ਵੀ ਸਾਫ਼ ਰਵੇਗਾ

 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਗਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਡਰਿੰਕ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਦਵਾਈ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਧਾਰੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਂਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਊਰਜਾ ਵੀ ਲਿਆਏਗੀ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ-ਇੱਕ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਡਰਿੰਕ ਪਿਲਾਇਆ।

ਮਾਨਸਾ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀਆਂ 15 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਿੱਧਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਲਜ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਲਈ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਇੱਕ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾ 'ਤੇ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੇ ਧਮਕੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਕੋਲ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ।

ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਕਾਲਜ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟਸ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ (AISA) ਵੀ ਪੀੜਤ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ 30 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਅਹਿਲਿਆ ਨਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਮੁੰਡਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਹੋਸਟਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀਆਂ 15 ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਥੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਗਿੱਧਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਕਾਲਜ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।

ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਾਡਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਗਿੱਧੇ ਦਾ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਡਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਚੰਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਝਿੜਕਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵਧੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ। ਹੋਰ ਝਿੜਕਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿ ਅਜੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਬਾਕੀ ਹਨ

ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਗਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਡਰਿੰਕ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਦਵਾਈ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਧਾਰੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਂਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਊਰਜਾ ਵੀ ਲਿਆਏਗੀ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ-ਇੱਕ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਡਰਿੰਕ ਪਿਲਾਇਆ। ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੌੜਾ ਸੀ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਸੀ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਿੰਕ ਕਾਰਨ ਥੋੜ੍ਹਾ ਚੱਕਰ ਆਉਣਾ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੋਇਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੋਨ 'ਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ।

ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀ ਦੇਰ ਬਾਅਦ, ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਝਿੜਕਿਆ। ਉਹ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਦੇਣ ਲੱਗ ਪਈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੱਢ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ। ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕਾਗਜ਼ ਮੇਰੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ 9 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਆਏ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੋਨ 'ਤੇ ਧਮਕੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਤੋਂ ਮੁੱਕਰ ਜਾਓ ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂਗੀ

ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਚੁੱਪ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਉਸਨੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ, ਕਾਲਜ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੁੱਪੀ ਧਾਰ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵੀ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟਸ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ (AISA) ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਵਿਜੇ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਦੇਣਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਗਲਤ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਤੋਂ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।

15 girl students of a college in Mansa were given alcohol to encourage them to perform better in a Giddha program. These students were sent by the college for this event in Maharashtra. A female teacher who accompanied him has been accused of offering him alcohol. It is also alleged that the teacher has threatened that if the student complains to the principal, she will ruin her career.

On the other hand, the students have now complained to the college principal about this. The All India Students Association (AISA) has also come out in support of the victim girls. The union official has demanded an investigation into the matter and action against the accused teacher.

The students told the media that this cultural program was organized on January 30 in Ahilya Nagar, Maharashtra. This program was held in a boys' hostel of a college. In this, 15 girl students of that college were sent. The girl students participated in many programs there including Punjabi Giddha. Some teachers from the college were also sent with them.

The students said that our first program was Giddha. Our performance in that was not good. After this, the teachers scolded her a lot in the evening. They said that this is a big event and she will have to perform her best in it. Further scolding that there are still many programs left.

Your papers are in my hand. The students said that they had returned from Maharashtra on February 9. Even after this, the teacher threatened them over the phone and said that deny the alcohol talk or else I will ruin your career.

Talking to the media, the students said that they had been silent till now due to the teacher's threats but now they have demanded action against the teacher. On the other hand, the college management has maintained silence in this matter. The administration officials are also saying that they have no information in this matter.

Along with this, All India Students Association (AISA) leader Vijay Kumar has strongly condemned this incident. He said that it is completely wrong to provide alcohol to female students. Strictest action should be taken against such teachers.
