ਬੁਢਲਾਡਾ - ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਅੰਦਰ ਨਹਿਰੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਪਾਇਪ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਦੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਹੁਣ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਕ ਸਾਂਝ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਾਰ ਪਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੰਚਾਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬੁਢਲਾਡਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ 8 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਧੱਕੇਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। 

ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਭਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਇਕੱਠ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਬ੍ਰਿਛਭਾਨ, ਵਿਨੋਦ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਸੁਭਾਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਗਿਆਨ ਚੰਦ, ਆਸ਼ੂ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਅੰਦਰ ਵਾਰਡ ਨੰ. 7 ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਸੰਚਾਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਖਾਲ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਵੀਨੀਕਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਕਾਰਨ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਪਾਇਪ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਉਣ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਬਣਾ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਨਹਿਰੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਉੱਚ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਦੀ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਢਾਹੁਣ, ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਕ ਸਾਂਝ ਨੂੰ ਠੇਸ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਗਲਤ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂਵਲੀ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਇੱਕ ਧਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਭੜਕਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਦਰਾਰ ਪਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ 'ਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਰੋਸ ਹੈ।

ਮੀਟਿੰਗ 'ਚ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਹਲਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਸੰਚਾਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਵਤੀਰਾ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ 'ਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਮੁੱਠ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੰਚਾਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਧੱਕੇਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਬੁਢਲਾਡਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੰਬੰਧਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਕਰਨ 'ਤੇ ਜੁਟਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਗਲਤ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਅਤਿ ਨਿੰਦਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ। ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਇਕੱਠ ਗਊਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਰੋਸ ਮਾਰਚ ਵੀ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। 

Budhlada - It has been decided to close the city of Budhlada on March 8 to protest against the Irrigation Department official who illegally demolished the Gaushala building and created a rift in the communal harmony during the canal water pipe inside the local city. Various religious and business organizations of the city protested against the official's bullying and decided to close the city.

Addressing a gathering of citizens in this regard at the local Gaushala Bhawan, the committee presidents Brichbhan, Vinod Kumar, Subhash Kumar, Gian Chand, Ashu Singla said that the fields going to Ward No. 7 in the Gaushala have been made by the Irrigation Department to provide water. In this, due to the renovation by the department, the Gaushala Management Committee had agreed to lay the pipe. But a senior official of the canal department tried to create a rift by illegally demolishing the building of the cowshed, hurting the communal harmony between the farmers and the people of the city and using wrong words. Due to which there is huge resentment among the people.

The people present in the meeting said that the constituency MLA was also brought to the notice of this matter, but the behavior of the irrigation department official was damaging the cowshed. On which, the citizens decided together today that Budhlada city would be closed on Saturday against the bullying of the irrigation department officials and expressed their protest against the government, saying that despite the MLA ordering the concerned officer to cooperate with the cowshed committee, the officer is still bent on damaging the cowshed and it has been learned that he is using wrong words towards the cowshed, which is highly condemnable. It was decided in the meeting that a gathering of citizens would be held at the cowshed and a protest march would also be taken out against the government.
