ਇਸ ਪਿੰਡ ''ਚ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੀ ਕੁਆਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ: ਵਜ੍ਹਾ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ ਹੈਰਾਨ

 ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਯੁੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਦਾ ਅਹਿਮ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਮੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਿਓਨੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਦੀ ਅਣਹੋਂਦ ਕਾਰਨ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪੇਂਚ ਟਾਈਗਰ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਦੇ ਬਫਰ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਨਯਾਗਾਂਵ ਹੈ, ਇੱਥੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਟੈਲੀਕਾਮ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਫ਼ੋਨ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੋਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ 3 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਦੂਰ ਜਾਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ 'ਚ ਇਸ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੜਕੀ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਇੱਥੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਝਿਜਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਆਮਾ ਬਾਈ ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ 29 ਸਾਲਾ ਲੜਕੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਚਿੰਤਤ ਹੈ, ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਈ ਥਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਚੱਲੀ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਏ।

ਸ਼ਿਆਮਾ ਬਾਈ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਲੜਕੀ ਪੱਖ ਦਾ ਤਰਕ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਤੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੜਕੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਡੁਲਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੁੰਜਮ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਧੀ ਦੇਣ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਲਗਭਗ ਸਾਰੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀ ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਵਰਕਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕੰਮ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਬੀਮਾਰ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਗਰਭਵਤੀ ਔਰਤ ਦੀ ਡਿਲੀਵਰੀ ਲਈ ਐਂਬੂਲੈਂਸ ਬੁਲਾਉਣੀ ਪਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ 3 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਦੂਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਫੋਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਕੀ ਜਲਦੀ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ ਰਾਹਤ ?

ਪੇਂਚ ਟਾਈਗਰ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਰਜਨੀਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਬੀ.ਐਸ.ਐਨ.ਐਲ. ਨੇ ਇਸ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਟਾਵਰ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਮੰਗੀ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ 'ਚ ਜੇਕਰ ਟਾਵਰ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ ਵਿਆਹ ਸ਼ਾਦੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਹੱਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਸਗੋਂ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਨਯਾਗਾਂਵ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਯੁੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਸੰਚਾਰ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਂਝੇ ਹਨ। ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਨੇ ਵਿਆਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਹਰ ਚੀਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਧਾਰਾ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।

In the digital age, mobile networks have become an essential part of daily life, but in the village of Nayagaon in Seoni district, Madhya Pradesh, the lack of connectivity is causing significant issues. Located in the buffer zone of the Pench Tiger Reserve, the village has no mobile network coverage from any telecom company, leaving the residents in a difficult position. 

Despite owning mobile phones, villagers must travel 3 km to find a place to make a call. This lack of communication has led to problems, especially regarding marriage proposals. The absence of a mobile network has caused the breakdown of many potential relationships, as families hesitate to marry off their daughters due to concerns about maintaining contact. Shyama Bai, a concerned mother from the village, shared that several marriage discussions had fallen through because the girl's family was unwilling to accept a marriage where there would be no reliable way to stay in touch with the groom. Similarly, Dulam Singh Kunjam, a villager, explained that he is unable to find a match for his daughter due to the same communication problem.

The issue extends beyond personal matters— it also affects critical services. The village's Anganwadi worker stated that for official government work or emergencies, residents must travel to nearby villages. In medical emergencies, such as calling an ambulance or contacting doctors for a pregnant woman’s delivery, villagers are forced to make the 3 km journey to get a signal.

Relief may be on the horizon. Rajnish Singh, Deputy Director of Pench Tiger Reserve, revealed that BSNL has applied for permission to set up a mobile tower in the area. If granted, this tower could solve not only the marriage dilemma but also improve health services and overall connectivity. The people of Nayagaon are currently deprived of basic communication services, which affects everything from personal relationships to urgent medical assistance. The administration must act swiftly to provide the village with mobile network access, allowing its residents to be connected to the outside world.
