ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਤੋਂ ਇਕ ਸ਼ਰਮਸਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਇਕ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿਚ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਔਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਛੇੜਛਾੜ ਅਤੇ ਗਲਤ ਹਰਕਤਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਥਾਣਾ ਸਰਹਾਲੀ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪਰਚਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਪਤਨੀ ਮੁਖਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਸੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਰਾਣਾ ਨੇ ਥਾਣਾ ਸਰਹਾਲੀ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਵਰਕਰ ਸਰਬਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨਾਲ ਬਤੌਰ ਹੈਲਪਰ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪਿੰਡ ਵਰਾਣਾ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਅਤੇ ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਦੀ ਇਕੱਠੀ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦਾ ਸਟਾਫ ਤੇ ਆਂਗਨਵਾੜੀ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਨੇੜੇ-ਨੇੜੇ ਆਪਣੀਆ ਕਲਾਸਾਂ ਚਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਵਰਕਰ ਸਰਬਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਦ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਭਰਨ ਲਈ ਦਫਤਰ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਪਿੱਛੋਂ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਹੀ ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੀ ਦੇਖ ਭਾਲ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਇਸੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿਚ ਦਰਬਾਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਿੰਡ ਪੱਖੋਂਕੇ ਦਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਟੀਚਰ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਸੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦਾ ਚਾਲ ਚੱਲਣ ਕਾਫੀ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਮਾੜਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿਚ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹਰ ਔਰਤ ਜਾਂ ਔਰਤ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾ 'ਤੇ ਮਾੜੀ ਅੱਖ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਸ/ਬੰਧ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਛੇੜਛਾੜ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕਮਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਦਰਬਾਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਫੋਨ ਨਾਲ ਉਸਦੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਡਰਾਮਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਲੈਕਮੇਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ।
ਇਸੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬੀਤੀ 4 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 12:30 ਕੂੰ ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਆਂਗਣਵਾੜੀ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਮਰੇ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ, ਜਦਕਿ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸਿਮਰਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਪਤਨੀ ਮਹਿਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਟੀਚਰ ਕਮਰੇ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਸਨ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਲੀ ਕਮਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦਰਬਾਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਸਦੇ ਕਮਰੇ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਆ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਗਲਤ ਹਰਕਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਛੇੜ ਛਾੜ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗ ਪਿਆ ਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਰੌਲਾ ਪਾਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੌੜ ਗਿਆ।

ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਹੋਰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਥਾਣਾ ਸਰਹਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਏ.ਐੱਸ.ਆਈ ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਦਰਬਾਰਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੋ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਐਲੀਮੈਂਟਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਰਾਣਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਹੈ, ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਗਲੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
A shameful news has come out from Tarn Taran district, where a teacher posted in an elementary school has mole//sted and misb/ehaved with a wom/an in the school itself. In this regard, the police of Sarhali police station have registered a case against the teacher and started the ar/rest process.
Narinder Kaur, wife of Mukhtar Singh, resid/ent of village Varana, told the police of Sarhali police sta/tion in her statement that she works as a helper with Anganwadi worker Sarabjit Kaur. Since the school of village Varana is in a joint bui/lding, the school staff and Ang/anwadi run their clas/ses very close to each other. Meanwhile, when Anganwadi worker Sarabjit Kaur is called to the office for a meeting or to fill a report, Narin/der Kaur looks afte/r the center.
Darbara Singh is a teac/her from village Pakhon/ke in this school, who has been doing du/ty in this school for a long time. Narinder Kaur said that the beha/vior of this teach/er is very bad, who keeps a ba/d eye on the wom/an or female teac/her coming and going in the school and mole//sts her to have illi//cit relations.
She said that whenever she went to any ro/om of the school, Darbara Singh used to follow her and black/mail her by prete/nding to make a fil/m with her mobile phone. Meanwhile, on March 4 at around 12:30 pm, when she was working inside the Anganwadi room, while village panchayat member Simarjit Kaur, wife Mehal Singh and other teachers were standing outside. Seeing her alone in the room, Master Darbara Singh came inside her room and started mol/esti/ng her, but when she raised her voice, he ran away from the spot.
Giving information in this regard, ASI Satnam Singh, resident of Pakhoke, Sarhali police station, said that a case has been registered against Darbara Singh, who is posted at Government Elementary School, village Varana, in this matter and further investigation has been started.
