ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਟੇਟ ਮਿਡ-ਡੇ-ਮੀਲ ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਬਲਾਕ ਮੈਨੇਜਰਾਂ (ਏ. ਬੀ. ਐੱਮਜ਼) ਦੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਵਿਚ ਭਾਰੀ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਸੂਬਾ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਸਟੇਅਰਿੰਗ ਕਮ ਮੋਨੀਟਰਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੋਈ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ।

ਮੋਨੀਟਰਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਆਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਬਲਾਕ ਮੈਨੇਜਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਵਿਚ 5000 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

 ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿੱਥੋਂ ਤਕ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਨਾ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਦਾ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਮਿਤੀ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ, ਸਮੂਹ ਸਟਾਫ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਸਾਲਾਨਾ ਤਰੱਕੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ ਵਿਚ ਵਧਾਈ ਗਈ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਜਮਾਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। 

The Punjab State Mid-Day Meal Society has announced a significant salary increase for the Assistant Block Managers (ABMs) working in the state. This decision was made during a meeting of the State-Level Steering and Monitoring Committee held a few days ago.

In a letter issued by the Monitoring Committee, it was stated that the salary of all Assistant Block Managers will be increased by 5,000 rupees per month. The letter also mentioned that as far as the employees' annual increments are concerned, the date will remain the same as before, and the increased salary will be added to the amount of annual increments previously received by the entire staff.
