ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਮ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਸਸਤੀਆਂ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਜਨ ਔਸ਼ਧੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਚਲਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ, ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਪੂਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ 13,200 ਜਨ ਔਸ਼ਧੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਖੋਲ੍ਹੇ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਮਾਰਚ 2027 ਤੱਕ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ 25 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਤੱਕ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਖਾਸ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਸਸਤੀਆਂ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੁਕਾਨਾਂ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਣ ‘ਤੇ 2 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਵਨ ਟਾਈਮ ਇਨਸੇਂਟਿਵ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਮਾਲਕ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਸਸਤੀਆਂ ਦਰਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਵੀ ਮੁਹਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਕਰੀ ‘ਤੇ 20% ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ 5 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਤੱਕ ਦੀਆਂ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਦੀ ਖਰੀਦ ‘ਤੇ 15% ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਤਸਾਹਨ ਵੀ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ, ਹਸਪਤਾਲ, ਐਨਜੀਓ, ਜਾਂ ਫਾਰਮਾਸਿਸਟ ਚਾਹੇ ਤਾਂ ਜਨ ਔਸ਼ਧੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸਰਕਾਰ ਜਨ ਔਸ਼ਧੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਫਰਨੀਚਰ, ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ, ਫਰਿੱਜ ਆਦਿ ਖਰੀਦਣ ਲਈ ਦੋ ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਵੀ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਰਕਮ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਨ ਔਸ਼ਧੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨੂੰ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਣ ਲਈ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਘੱਟ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ 120 ਵਰਗ ਫੁੱਟ ਦੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਵੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਰਾਏ ‘ਤੇ। ਕਿਰਾਏ ਦਾ ਸਬੂਤ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ, ਲੀਜ਼ ਐਗਰੀਮੈਂਟ ਜਾਂ ਸਪੇਸ ਅਲਾਟਮੈਂਟ ਲੈਟਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਇੱਕ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਫਾਰਮਾਸਿਸਟ ਵੀ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਨ ਔਸ਼ਧੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਲੈਣ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ, ਇਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਸਤ੍ਰਿਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇਣੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ। ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਉੱਦਮੀ, ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸੈਨਿਕ, ਦਿਵਯਾਂਗ, ਐਸਸੀ/ਐਸਟੀ ਜਾਂ ਚਾਹਵਾਨ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ, ਹਿਮਾਲੀਅਨ ਖੇਤਰ, ਟਾਪੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਜਾਂ ਉੱਤਰ-ਪੂਰਬੀ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੋ, ਤਾਂ ਇਸਦਾ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਡਰਟੇਕਿੰਗ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ।
ਜਨ ਔਸ਼ਧੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਲਈ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ 5,000 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਨਾਨ-ਰਿਫੰਡੇਬਲ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਫੀਸ ਦੇਣੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਨੀਤੀ ਆਯੋਗ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪਛਾਣੇ ਗਏ ਖਾਹਿਸ਼ੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ, ਹਿਮਾਲੀਅਨ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ, ਟਾਪੂ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਤਰ-ਪੂਰਬੀ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਉੱਦਮੀਆਂ, ਦਿਵਯਾਂਗਾਂ, ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀਆਂ/ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਨਜਾਤੀਆਂ, ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸੈਨਿਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਦਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਫੀਸ ਤੋਂ ਛੋਟ ਹੈ। ਇਸਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਹੁਣ ਨਵੇਂ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਪੇਜ਼ ‘ਤੇ “Click Here To Apply” ‘ਤੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰੋ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਾਈਨ ਇਨ ਫਾਰਮ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇਗਾ, ਇਸਦੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਨਾਓ ਵਿਕਲਪ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਫਿਰ ਸਕ੍ਰੀਨ ‘ਤੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਫਾਰਮ ‘ਤੇ ਮੰਗੀ ਗਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਭਰਨੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
ਫਿਰ ਡ੍ਰੌਪ-ਡਾਉਨ ਬਾਕਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਟੇਟ ਚੁਣੋ, ਆਈਡੀ- ਪਾਸਵਰਡ ਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਪਾਸਵਰਡ ਦਰਜ ਕਰੋ।
ਆਖਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਯਮ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਬਾਕਸ ‘ਤੇ ਟਿੱਕ ਕਰੋ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ SUBMIT ਬਟਨ ‘ਤੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਫਾਰਮ submit ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
The government has launched the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra Yojana to provide affordable medicines and encourage employment. Under this initiative, 13,200 Jan Aushadhi Kendras have already been established across the country, with a target to increase their number to 25,000 by March 2027. This scheme offers a one-time incentive of up to Rs 2 lakh to set up a low-cost medicine shop, and medicines are provided to shop owners at prices lower than the market rate. Additionally, there is a 20% commission on the sale of medicines and a 15% incentive on medicine purchases up to Rs 5 lakh each month.
Anyone including individuals, hospitals, NGOs, or pharmacists can open a Jan Aushadhi Kendra. The government provides Rs 2 lakh for purchasing furniture, computers, refrigerators, etc., for setting up the Kendra. This amount is provided only once. To open a Jan Aushadhi Kendra, the applicant must have a space of at least 120 sq ft, either owned or rented. If renting, a lease agreement or space allotment letter must be provided. Additionally, a registered pharmacist is required. At the time of approval, the applicant must submit the name and registration details of the pharmacist. Women entrepreneurs, ex-servicemen, Divyangs, SC/ST individuals, and those from aspirational districts, the Himalayan region, island territories, or North-Eastern states need to provide a certificate and undertaking to qualify for special benefits.
The application process involves a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 for general applicants. However, women entrepreneurs, Divyangs, SC/ST individuals, ex-servicemen, and those from specific regions such as aspirational districts, the Himalayan region, island territories, and North-Eastern states are exempt from this fee.
Process:-
1. Visit the official website at janaushadhi.gov.in.
2. On the homepage, click on "Apply For Kendra."
3. On the next page, click “Click Here To Apply.”
4. The sign-in form will appear; select “Register Now.”
5. Complete the registration form that opens.
6. Choose the state from the dropdown menu, enter your confirmation password in the ID-Password section.
7. Agree to the terms and conditions by ticking the box, then click the “SUBMIT” button.
This streamlined process allows interested parties to apply for setting up their Jan Aushadhi Kendras and contribute to the government’s mission of making affordable medicines accessible to all.
