ਪੰਜਾਬ 'ਚ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਬੋਲਣ 'ਤੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਚਾੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਕੁਟਾਪਾ, ਪੀੜਤ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ- ਹੋਸਟਲ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਕੁੱਟਮਾਰ, ਪੜ੍ਹੋ ਪੂਰੀ ਖਬਰ

 ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਾਸ਼ੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਾਰਪੀਟ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ।

 ਇੱਕ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਨੇ 21 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ X 'ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਪਾਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮਦਦ ਮੰਗੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਅਲੀ ਅੰਜਾਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਦਰਭੰਗਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਕਮਤੌਲ ਬਲਾਕ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਆਰਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਦਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਾਸ਼ੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀ.ਟੈਕ ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਲੀ ਅੰਜਾਰ ਦੱਸ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਾਡੇ 'ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਕਈ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਫੱਟ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਾਰਡ ਸਾਡੀ ਗੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣਦੇ, ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਵੀ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ।

ਮਾਰਪੀਟ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੋਏ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਨ। ਅਸੀਂ ਸਾਰਾ ਦਿਨ ਹੋਸਟਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਉਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੱਪੜਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਬੋਲਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਥੇ ਕੋਈ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀ। ਅਲੀ ਅੰਜਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਿਤੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਟੈਗ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਗੁਹਾਰ ਲਗਾਈ ਹੈ।

ਤਲਵੰਡੀ ਦੇ ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਰਾਜੇਸ਼ ਸਨੇਹੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਾਸ਼ੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਤਲਵੰਡੀ ਸਾਬੋ ਵਿਖੇ 17, 18 ਅਤੇ 19 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਮਾਗਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਫਲ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਫੰਡ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ। ਬਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਪਾਇਆ।

ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਪੈਸਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਦੋ ਗਰੁੱਪਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਕਰਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲਣ 'ਤੇ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਤਲਵੰਡੀ ਸਾਬੋ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ 'ਤੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਪਾਇਆ।

ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ, ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਪਟਾਉਣਗੇ। ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

A disturbing incident occurred at Guru Kashi University in Punjab, where students from Bihar were reportedly assaulted. On March 21, a student named Ali Anjar, a B.Tech student from Bahuara village in Darbhanga district, Bihar, shared a video on X, calling for help. In the video, he claimed that local students and residents were attacking them, with several students sustaining head injuries. He added that even the security guard was unresponsive, and the police and administration were ignoring their pleas for help.

Ali Anjar, along with many other Bihar students, explained that they were often targeted because of their attire and the Hindi language they spoke. The violence had escalated to the point where they were forced to stay inside the hostel for safety, with no security provided. In his video, he tagged Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, urging for immediate protection.

Talwandi DSP Rajesh Snehi clarified the situation, stating that cultural programs were organized at the university from March 17 to 19. As part of these programs, students collected funds from various states for the performances, and students from Bihar had also participated. However, a dispute broke out between two groups over the funds, which led to the altercation.

After the incident was reported, the university administration informed the Talwandi Sabo police station, and a police team intervened to restore order. The university later submitted a written statement to the police, expressing that they did not wish to pursue any legal action and would resolve the matter internally through disciplinary measures. Following this, all students involved were released.
