ਮਹਿਲਾ SI ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਲਈ ਛੁੱਟੀ, ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਨੇ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸਲਾਖਾਂ ਪਿੱਛੇ, ਪੜ੍ਹੋ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੀ ਸੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ 'ਚ

 ਮੋਨਿਕਾ ਨੇ 11 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2024 ਨੂੰ ਝੁੰਝੁਨੂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਲਾਈਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਲਿਖੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 20 ਪੰਕਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ। 

ਇਸ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਈ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਗਲਤ ਲਿਖੇ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ "ਮੈਂ," "ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ," "ਪ੍ਰੋਬੇਸ਼ਨਰ," "ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼," ਅਤੇ "ਝੁਨਝੁਨੂ।" ਉਸ ਨੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਛੁੱਟੀ 'ਤੇ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਖ਼ਬਰਾਂ ਛਪਣ ਦੇ ਡਰ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਗਈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਐਸਓਜੀ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ, ਮੋਨਿਕਾ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜੈਪੁਰ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਤੋਂ ਭੱਜ ਗਈ। ਉਹ 5 ਜੂਨ 2024 ਤੋਂ 2 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2024 ਤੱਕ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਛੁੱਟੀ 'ਤੇ ਰਹੀ, ਪਰ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਕੋਈ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ।

ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਝੁੰਝੁਨੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਅਜੀਬ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਾਪਰੀ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਐਸਓਜੀ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਸਬ-ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ (ਐਸਆਈ) ਨੂੰ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆ। 

ਤਾਰਪੁਰਾ ਦਾਦੀਆ-ਸੀਕਰ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਮੋਨਿਕਾ, ਜੋ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਜਾਟ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਹੈ, ਨੂੰ 2021 ਦੀ ਐਸਆਈ ਭਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੋਣਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਲੂਟੁੱਥ ਡਿਵਾਈਸ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਨਕਲ ਕੀਤੀ, ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਨਕਲੀ ਗਿਰੋਹ ਦੇ ਸਰਗਨਾ ਪੌਰਵ ਕਲੀਰ ਨੂੰ 15 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਅਦਾ ਕੀਤੇ। 15 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2021 ਨੂੰ ਅਜਮੇਰ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਸ਼ਿਫਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਲੂਟੁੱਥ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪੇਪਰ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵਜੋਂ, ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚ 200 ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 184 ਅਤੇ ਜਨਰਲ ਗਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ 200 ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 161 ਅੰਕ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੇ।

ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 15 ਅੰਕ ਮਿਲੇ, ਪਰ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਉੱਚ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 34ਵਾਂ ਰੈਂਕ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਣ ਹੋ ਗਈ। 

ਐਸਓਜੀ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੋਨਿਕਾ ਨੇ ਪੌਰਵ ਕਲੀਰ ਨੂੰ 15 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਪੌਰਵ ਕਲੀਰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਹੋਇਆ, ਤਾਂ ਮੋਨਿਕਾ ਭੱਜ ਗਈ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਝੁੰਝੁਨੂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਲਾਈਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਵੀ ਸਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਗਏ।

A peculiar incident occurred in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, where a woman Sub-Inspector (SI) was arrested by the Special Operations Group (SOG). The woman, Monica, had taken a month’s leave and submitted an application that left her officers enraged after reading it.

 Monica, a probationer SI, had scored 184 out of 200 marks in Hindi in the recruitment exam and had secured 34th rank. However, when she applied to register her arrival at the Jhunjhunu police lines, she failed to even correctly write her designation.

Monica, the wife of Vikas Jat from Tarpura Dadia-Sikar, was selected in the SI recruitment examination of 2021. She had used a Bluetooth device to cheat during the exam. The leader of the fake gang, Paurav Kalir, had been paid Rs 15 lakh by Monica for this. Monica had appeared for the exam at an Ajmer center on September 15, 2021, where Paurav Kaleer had used Bluetooth to provide answers for both shifts of the written exam. As a result, Monica scored 184 marks in Hindi and 161 marks in General Knowledge.

Although Monica scored poorly in the interview, with only 15 marks, her high marks in the written exam earned her the 34th rank, which led to her selection. According to the SOG, Monica confessed that she paid Paurav Kaleer Rs 15 lakh for this. When the SOG arrested Kaleer, Monica fled the Police Academy in Jaipur during her training. She had been on medical leave from June 5, 2024, to July 2, 2024, but failed to provide any medical certificate.

On November 11, 2024, Monica submitted an application in Hindi to register for the Police Line in Jhunjhunu. In the 20-line application, she made multiple spelling mistakes, including in words such as "me," "inspector," "probationer," "document," and "Jhunjhunu." In the application, Monica mentioned that she was on medical leave and had not gone to the academy because she feared the news would be published.
